This Suffield home was a massive undertaking. The entire home needed to be gutted and the whole layout reconfigured. The end result combined open concept living with separate spaces to create a fully functional place to make any family feel at home.

4 PRIOR

This property involved renovating a four level split into a cohesive home with an in-law apartment. On top of that, I had to get zoning on board and remove an inground oil tank. It all came together quickly, from closing to closing in five months!
