When I purchased this home, it was very dated and had a non functional layout. It took a lot of vision to completely gut the property and turn it into a classic home with space and opportunity for any family. This is by far one of my favorite transformations.

The Nitty Gritty

I purchased this property for $117,113 on August 10, 2018. It was a four bedroom two bath home with tons of space cramped into many different rooms. I was able to knock down numerous walls to create an open and inviting space. The home sold on March 2, 2019 for $321,500 as a four bedroom with two and a half baths.
