The Nitty Gritty

I purchased this property for $63,113 on December 3, 2016. It was a two bedroom one and a half bath home that had been long forgotten. A complete renovation later and its a lake property perfect for any staycation. The home sold on June 28, 2017 for $209,000 as a two bedroom with two full baths.

Stay tuned - it looks like I may get to try my hand at this project again.
