I purchased this property for $154,000 on February 7, 2019. It was a five bedroom three bath home sprawling over four levels. A little vision goes a long way and the house was reconfigured to a functional split level with an in law suite. The home sold on July 19, 2019 for $282,000 as a four bedroom with three full baths.
