I purchased this property for $145,000 on January 24, 2020. Previously a fire-burned property, I snagged it up when another contractor could not get the work done. From a four bedroom with two and half baths to a four bedroom with three and a half baths, including two master en-suites, it sold for $326,000 on October 23, 2020.
